Job Description:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new clients, and expanding the company's outsourcing services. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • 1. New Business Development:

    Identify and prospect potential clients in target markets through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.

  • 2. Client Acquisition:

    Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into clients by showcasing the company's outsourcing services and value proposition.

  • 3. Sales and Negotiation:

    Develop sales strategies, prepare proposals, negotiate terms and pricing, and close deals with clients.

  • 4. Market Research:

    Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market demands to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

  • 5. Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions to address their requirements.

  • 6. Account Management:

    Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high client satisfaction, resolving issues, and managing ongoing projects or contracts.

  • 7. Collaboration:

    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, operations, and delivery teams, to ensure smooth client onboarding, project execution, and service delivery.

  • 8. Sales Reporting:

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, prepare sales reports, and provide regular updates to management on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue projections.

  • 9. Market Analysis and Strategy:

    Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement, refine sales strategies, and contribute to the company's growth plans.
